Welcome to The Story
Join with all of Willowdale, as we choose to ground ourselves in God's Word throughout the year. The Story is a condensed, chronological study Bible. It is broken down into 31 chapters, and will give us the opportunity to together, read and experience the one story through which all others are born.
Read The Story in a Group
Don't read The Story alone. Small groups throughout our region are beginning The Story together. There are groups in your neighborhood, groups for men and groups for women. You can join at our upcoming GroupLink event or any time in the middle.
The Story is for everyone in the family
For those of you who would like to do this as a family, there is a version of The Story for eveyone.
The Story for adults: This takes the New Intertional Version of scripture, edits it into the chronological story, and uses study notes to help stitch the themes of scripture together, so that everyone can grasp the main story God is communicating.
Exploring the Story: A reference companion designed to give cultural and historical background to enable the themes of God's story to come to life.
The Story for teens: A readable version designed to engage teens where they are.
The Story for kids: All 31 chapters are presented in a readable format that kids will love to read. Designed for ages 9-12.
The Story for Children and The Story for Little Ones: Beautifully illustrated Bibles designed for children ages 1-4 and 5-8 respectively.Laid out in the same 31 chapter format as the other versions.
